Just wanted to let you know how Quigley, the chocolate lab pup we got from you two weeks ago, is doing. He is sharp as can be and already potty trained. Learns fast. His personality is also top-notch. Just a joy to be around. Tom has him sleeping by his bed on his side every night and puts him outside first thing in the morning to potty, so we are already getting a full night’s sleep as he won’t budge until Tom arises at 6 AM. He howled the first couple nights, but no longer. His BFF is a tiny chocolate and tan chihuahua of mine, ChaCha, and they absolutely adore one another. They play together all day long until exhausted. He’s gentle with her as she is smaller at 5 lbs and he is already all legs and a clumsy moose 😂 We do have him retrieving, working on leash, and in a halter already. He learns quickly. Our Goldendoodle who is over 90 lbs is in love with Quigley and they adore wrestling together. Quigley is clearly the perfect fix for our loss of our chocolate lab, Harley, who passed 4 years ago at 10 years from cancer. It took us a while to be ready for a replacement, but I can honestly say Quigley is worth the wait! Thank you for raising such quality dogs with outstanding personalities. Quigley has already stolen our hearts and become a permanent member of our family. I’ll include a photo of Quigley with ChaCha so you can see just how attached he is to his new family here.
